Christmas is everybody’s favorite festival. It doesn’t matter you are 60 years old or 6 years old. Christmas brings a new enthusiasm in everybody. Just like other Christmas is also a festival but, it is a celebration more than a festival. The best thing about Christmas, it is celebrated around the world on the same day. Maybe time will fluctuate but the date will be the same. As I said, it is celebrated in the whole world, I am sure you also celebrate it. And you know the beauty of the Christmas celebrations. Every culture, every religion people celebrates it together. So it brings unity also. But the way of celebration is different. So, today I will share my Christmas celebration. Today, I will tell you how my Christmas Day looks like. Today, I will tell you, what are the things I and my family do from morning to night. How my Christmas Eve looks like, and my Christmas Day. Christmas Eve
First I will start with my Christmas Eve. One day, before Christmas Day, me and my Dad we both do last-minute shopping. Basically, our list is filled with all the chocolates, wafer, Xmas cake, and some last-minute decoration items. And yes, on Christmas Eve my grandparents and my little cousins go orphanage. They give gifts to the children, and now its become our family tradition to go orphanage on Christmas Eve.
After completing all these things, we all come together and do all the decorations for Christmas. Mumma, and other ladies of my family, make yummy Christmas cookies, Dad, grandpa, and uncle packs all the gifts. I, my cousins, and friends decorate home first, and a Christmas tree. My responsibility to decorate the Santa Claus village. My cousins and friends decorate all the home with aroma candles, silver balls, stars, twinkling lights and we order Christmas flowers online. After completing all the house decorations, we decorate the Christmas tree. So it was for our Christmas Eve.
Christmas Day
Now, let’s start my Christmas Day. On the day of Christmas Day, we all go to the church in the morning. We all pray for all of us good health and well-being. After coming home from church, Mumma and we all make delicious foods. On the day of Christmas like another family, we don’t go out for Christmas celebration. In fact, on the day of Christmas, none of us go outside of the home except church. Because my family believes, we go outside the whole year and celebrate everything outside. But at least one day of the year, we all should stay together and have fun. After having some yummy, snacks, we send Flowers to Bangalore, to our close ones who don’t come to our home for Christmas. It can be because of any reason. So it’s our tradition to send Christmas flowers and cake to them. And it’s my uncle’s responsibility.
After all these things, I bake a special cake for Christmas. You know, when I was 10 years old from that time to till, I bake this cake every year. You know, on the day of Christmas my grandma bakes a special cookie, which takes 2 and a half hours to be completely ready. And she makes this cookie on the day of Christmas. I don’t know why, but let me tell you, once you will eat my grandma’s special cookie. You will become a fan of her.
After having lunch, we all play so many games, like dumb charades, passing the pillow, and yes a dance competition also held in our home. And it is necessary to participate in each and every activity for all people, who are present at that moment. It doesn’t matter, he or she is family, friends, or any stranger. And you know what winner gets as a prize. After all these activities, we order online cake and Flower Delivery in Hyderabad. Online delivery such a blessing during Christmas. After all these, we watch movies together, and do dinner, then late at night family dessert time, and in this way, we end our Christmas day late at night.
So, this is the way my Christmas Day looks like. With lots of fun, hard work, delicious food, unstoppable laughter, yummy cakes, and other desserts. And yes, we take uncountable photos and selfies. My Christmas Day basically about being together and celebrate together. I think that’s why my every year, Christmas Day becomes more and more special, and memorable.
